Isaac (and Aaron - not in photo) were very happy to have their uncle visit for Christmas. He likes to play video games with them and they love that.

Sieder
Sieder is a German name which was a trade in the Middle Ages where people boiled things to get substances from the mixture. Salzsieders boiled things in water to get salt out of them. Salt was extremely important in those days as a preservative in smoking and curing meats as there was no refrigeration. Seifensieders are still a trade today - soap makers.
