Chad's band has a website where you can hear a couple of tracks off their album. Chad is the drummer and he works for the same company I do. He manages the Kansas City branch.

Sieder
Sieder is a German name which was a trade in the Middle Ages where people boiled things to get substances from the mixture. Salzsieders boiled things in water to get salt out of them. Salt was extremely important in those days as a preservative in smoking and curing meats as there was no refrigeration. Seifensieders are still a trade today - soap makers.
